My stay was a mix of cozy comfort and convenience. The room kept me warm on chilly nights but needed a bit of fine-tuning with the A/C. The service was top-notch, adding a cherry on top to the experience. The location was bustling but with some minor inconveniences. The dining options were good but a bit pricey. The hotel rooms were the coldest I've ever experienced, which was great given the scorching temperatures outside. The south side room smelled clean and crisp, and was really cute and clean, for the most part. The staff, particularly the manager, Ashley, was nice and even went the extra mile to provide us with free coffee coupons due to key card issues.
